Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance, an introduction, participation in an event, or access to any particular service.

3. Our Services
Offbeat Club is developing a community-centered approach to dating, friendship, companionship, and social experiences.

Services may include:
• Membership communities organized around shared interests and experiences.
• Personalized or curated introductions.
• Opportunities to connect with other participating adults.
• Virtual gatherings and, where available, in-person events.
• Additional membership services introduced in the future.

Services, geographic coverage, event availability, and participation opportunities may change as the community develops.

Not every service will be available in every location or at every time.

4. No Guarantee of Matches or Relationships
Offbeat Club does not guarantee that any applicant or member will receive a particular number of introductions, meet a compatible partner, enter a relationship, form a friendship, or achieve any specific outcome.

Personal compatibility and relationships depend on individual circumstances and choices.

5. Respectful Participation
Participants are expected to treat others with dignity, honesty, and respect.

The following conduct is prohibited:
• Harassment, threats, intimidation, or abusive behavior.
• Discrimination or unlawful conduct.
• Fraud, impersonation, or deliberately misleading identity information.
• Unwanted sexual advances or sexually exploitative behavior.
• Sharing another participant's private information without permission.
• Using Offbeat Club to solicit money, conduct scams, or promote unrelated commercial activities.

We may suspend or terminate participation when reasonably necessary to address violations, protect others, or maintain community standards, subject to applicable law.

6. Personal Safety
Offbeat Club encourages participants to exercise appropriate judgment when communicating with or meeting other individuals.

Unless expressly stated for a particular service, Offbeat Club does not represent that it has independently verified every statement made by applicants or members.

Participation in introductions, conversations, meetings, and events involves personal decisions and potential risks.

For in-person meetings, we encourage participants to choose public locations, arrange their own transportation, tell a trusted person their plans, and avoid sharing sensitive financial information.
